Jeannie Jenuwine, LCSW, LMSW, CAADC, C-MI
Jeannie is a compassionate therapist and specializes in the challenges of anxiety, depression, parenting, relationships, grief and loss, OCD, BPD, anger management, smoking cessation, trauma and addiction/substance recovery. Through her experience and education while working in Education, Outpatient Therapy, Inpatient Rehabilitation and Community Mental Health clinical settings, she has acquired the knowledge of therapy techniques that work to reduce anxiety, depression, and drug use, lower blood pressure, promote better problem solving and better reactions to stimulus (anger management) and results in more positive emotions that support better communications/ relationships, contentment and joy.
Together, Jeannie will work with you to best support your goals through Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Christian Counseling, Mindfulness/ Meditation and guidance in Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
Jeannie will welcome you into her office for confidential one on one counseling. She also teaches classes of Mindfulness/Meditation to both adults and adolescents.
The intake process is simple, and she can meet in person or by Telehealth as per your desire/needs. Sessions are typically of a 50- minute duration.
